Such a lovely blue. I saw today what makes this salvia (farinacea aka 'Mealy Cup Sage') so glisten-y. There is a darker color in the flowers that's basically purple and a lighter one that is medium blue. The combination just dazzles me in the sun. Like sparkling sapphires in the garden.
Oh my goodness, what delights you have in your gardens. The caladiums are wonderful and I love the salvia. That ruffled daylily is fantastic too. At least I think it is a daylily.

ReplyDeleteHey Sherry...I can see why you are so happy with Aaron...he is a beauty especially surrounded by all the pretty pink and blue flowers. A very nice combo of soft colors that is very welcoming at your front entrance.
