Lotta pink

I've taken more flower photos in the last week than during the whole summer - or at least it feels that way. Leaves are back in the garden on bushes I didn't know grew leaves - or at least it feels that way. And I'm enjoying the garden more than I have since spring - or at least it feels that way. Basically, gardening is all about feelings, isn't it? And I'm scared it's gonna freeze. Oh, please don't. These shots were taken Sunday and today. Roses were made for temps in the 70's and 80's.

  1. Beautiful roses. My favorite this time is Duchesse d'Auerstadt, although I love them all. The only one I have of yours shown here is Louis Philippe.

Enjoy all that beauty in your gardens.
